We are committed to getting your freshly roasted coffee to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and delivery times to ensure a transparent and smooth ordering experience.
1. Our Shipping Carrier
We partner with DHL Paket for all our shipments within Germany and the European Union. DHL offers reliable service and allows us to provide you with tracking information for your peace of mind.
2. Order Processing Time
We roast our coffee to order to ensure maximum freshness. Your order will be roasted and packed for shipment within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. We ship from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Zones, Costs, and Free Shipping
All shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination country. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Standard Shipping: We offer a flat rate of €4.90 for all orders within Germany.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €48.

Neighboring EU Countries (e.g., Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic):

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of €13.90 for all orders.

Other EU Countries:

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of €15.90 for all orders.

We do not currently ship outside the European Union.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays from the shipping carrier. The times below begin once your order has been shipped.

Neighboring EU Countries: 3-5 business days.

Other EU Countries: 5-7 business days.
5. Shipment Tracking
All our shipments include a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your unique tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the DHL website.
6. Important Notes

Correct Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

Damage or Loss: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at julian@mijitocoffee.com. We will work with DHL to resolve the issue. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for more details on defective or damaged products.
