Cancellation Policy for Special Purchase Options
This policy outlines how you can modify or cancel orders that are offered as a subscription or a pre-order. We do not offer a "try before you buy" option due to the nature of our product.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a coffee subscription from us, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you selected.

Your payment details are stored securely. You will be automatically charged for each delivery unless you have chosen to pay in advance.

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain a link to your order, where you can manage your subscription settings directly.

Please note that the cancellation will take effect for the next scheduled delivery. Cancellations cannot be applied to an order that has already been roasted or shipped.

Pre-orders
A pre-order allows you to purchase a product that is currently out of stock or is a limited-run item not yet in our inventory.

At checkout, we may collect a partial deposit or the full payment. Your payment method will be securely stored.

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before the order has been roasted and shipped.

If the pre-order has already been fulfilled (i.e., the coffee has been roasted and shipped), you cannot cancel the order. However, you may be able to request a refund or return the item in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
